<h2>2018.12 report</h2>
<p>Because of the holiday season I was only able to do two growth calls this month.</p>
<p>It sounds very repetitive, but December is a great month for the Bisq network again <g-emoji class="g-emoji" alias="rocket" fallback-src="https://github.githubassets.com/images/icons/emoji/unicode/1f680.png">🚀</g-emoji>. We see our highest monthly BTC volume ever (<strong>Currently 1,524 BTC</strong>) and total number of trades (<strong>Currently 2,401</strong>).<br>
Total USD volume (<strong>Currently $5.6M</strong>) is lower than last month, which is mainly again related to the low BTC price in USD.</p>

<p>This month we have besides the <a href="https://bisq.network/markets/?currency=xmr_btc" rel="nofollow">BTC/XMR market</a> a new runner-up with the <a href="https://bisq.network/markets/?currency=xrc_btc" rel="nofollow">BTC/XRC market</a>. All other markets are showing good activity as well and I'm curious and excited which markets will explode on Bisq next year.</p>
