2019.02 Report

Support activity was lower on the forum this month but continued to increase on slack and on github.
(Since 2 months, we ask more often people to open issue on the github or to go to the slack, so this move is not too surprising).

On the altcoins front, GRIN being delisted, the (big) number of issues decreased also completely, together with the need for support.
(February got also only a dozen XRC trades, which is much much less than in january)

It seems that v0.9.4 release doesn't bring specific issues.
There are however still a bunch of Tor related issues which are not easy to solve.

There are issues concerning "Stuck on 3/4 Hidden Service Published". This is under investigation.

Difficulties to communicate with arbitrators were mentionned in january, but this was quite non-existent this month.

In the last days, we have (on slack) several peoples mentioning things becoming tigher with their banks. I fear there is a general and continuous move at work behind all those annoyances. We'll see how that evolves.
