<p>We don't have a BitcoinJ dev atm (hope <a class="user-mention" data-hovercard-type="user" data-hovercard-url="/users/oscarguindzberg/hovercard" data-octo-click="hovercard-link-click" data-octo-dimensions="link_type:self" href="https://github.com/oscarguindzberg">@oscarguindzberg</a> comes back soon) so that is why the BitcoinJ 0.15 upgrade is on hold and even then it would require another 2-4 months to get full segwit support in Bisq.</p>
