<p>Best offers are those on the top of the offer list, sorted by price. If 2 have same price I choose first displayed (random). If available balance is too low to take an offer I go on to next possible offer. I leave small remaining balance for next trade event and to leave some BTC fot minerfee for the burning tx.</p>
