<p>Since you've still given no explanation, after repeated request for one, I'm forced to think that you purposely deleted this request in a futile attempt to hide your history of obscenely high compensation requests in order to increase the chances that your future requests are approved.</p>
<p>And then you tried to cover it up by being vague and unresponsive...</p>
<p>You've compromised your integrity in my eyes and I have no interest in working with you any further.</p>
<p>Any outstanding and future contributions from you that I control will be rejected with a link to this thread.</p>
