<h2>Cycle 12 Report</h2>
<p>Migration to the wiki continued. I added documentation on arbitrators, the burning man, and the arbitration process itself, along with doing a couple of stylistic edits here and there.</p>
<p>No changes to the docs repository though.</p>
<p>For completeness, here's a screenshot of traffic.</p>
