<p>Some questions:</p>
<ol>
<li>it's a lot of work—will you be collaborating with others?</li>
<li>do you think there's any interest in altcoin trading in the region?</li>
<li>what would success look like to you at the end of 3 months?</li>
</ol>
<p>Regarding (3), I know it's not easy to be precise, but I think agreeing on some kind of outcome will be important for evaluating your efforts in 3 months from now.</p>
<p>It might be helpful to see some of the <a href="https://github.com/bisq-network/growth/issues/67" data-hovercard-type="issue" data-hovercard-url="/bisq-network/growth/issues/67/hovercard">older issues</a> in this repository to see how EUR and USD markets were bootstrapped using liquidity days...seems like they worked fairly well.</p>
