<p>I'm not sure about extending the custom fee all over the place, but perhaps it could be used a bit more and only forcing higher fees for the most sensitive parts of the trade protocol. It's not obvious that's a good idea though. Any stuck tx adds to the support load, even if it's due to a user setting the custom fee too low.</p>
