<p>I almost agree about recipient-specified payment reasons. Though, is it possible for a payment reason string to be good for the recipient and bad for the sender? Like specifying that recipient is buying something that's legal for him to buy, but illegal for sender to sell. Can a sender then cancel the transaction?</p>
