<p>If there is a risk that the "hidden" order book info is lost (because all clients go offline and new clients do not know about that info), maybe we could use two new types of tx (open offer / closed offer) that DAO nodes keep track of, so the clients could build that hidden order book from there. Kind of avoiding double spends on btc, but in this case avoiding double offers (or avoiding offers above the bonding limit)</p>
