<p>It boggles my mind that mediators and arbitrators are not unable to see 'Trader Chat' discussions <em>at all</em> - <em><strong>post</strong></em> either trader <em>raising a dispute</em> / mediation request.</p>
<p>Surely such information/what was discussed etc. would be helpful evidence in any investigations?</p>
<p>Not sure how technically could be done, but a private key gets provided upon escalation/support request? Only gets provided to agent/mediator/arbitrator when one of traders raise a dispute.</p>
<p>Thoughts welcome.</p>
