<p>You are the mediator for trade but <a class="user-mention" data-hovercard-type="user" data-hovercard-url="/users/DN25/hovercard" data-octo-click="hovercard-link-click" data-octo-dimensions="link_type:self" href="https://github.com/DN25">@DN25</a> cannot open up a support ticket in the Bisq app due to the deposit Tx Id being missing.</p>
<p>The error message is as follows.</p>
