<p>Sending bitcoin from Bisq with a custom mining fee is impossible.<br>
The option does not exist on the <code>send bitcoin</code> page.<br>
A closer investigation shows the option exists but is hidden 2 levels deep under <code>Preferences</code> on the <code>settings</code> page.</p>
