<h3>Cycle 23 report</h3>
<p>As announced previously, I accepted a bounty for reviewing French. This Cycle only French and Spanish had translating activity.<br>
Many new users wanted asked permission to translate, but didn't reach out at Keybase and I did set this requirement to accept new translators.</p>
