<p>Quiet good idea imo but also not that user-friendly. Todays security deposit is already the reason that it is difficult to onboard beginners and I'd say that Lightning would be even a bigger challenge.</p>
<p>But yeah, just 2 on-chain transactions<br>
Security deposit > Lightning<br>
BTC from seller > Multi-Sig > Buyer<br>
Withdraw of security deposit > Lightning</p>
<p>But we'd also need multisig support for the security deposits via Lightning, right?</p>
