<h2>Cycle 27 Report</h2>
<p>This is my second cycle as a mediator and all is going well.</p>
<p>In total I have 42 new cases since my last report.</p>
<p>5 of which are currently still in progress.</p>
<p>This month I helped facilitate 2 manual payouts to users.</p>
<p>I have been supporting users both in the Bisq app and also making myself available to users via Keybase.</p>
<p>Only 4 bugs this cycle most of them were related to buyer not being able to confirm payment sent, or seller not being able to confirm payment received.</p>
<p>I have been able to log on a few times a day to keep on top of tickets.</p>
