<h3>Cycle 23 Report</h3>
<p>This was my internship cycle.<br>
I worked from the hours of 1pm to 10pm PST.<br>
Cases were fewer than 10.<br>
4 other agents came through for shorter shifts.<br>
There is more agents than cases. I understand better why there is a limit on agent hours.<br>
Looking forward to my next month as a full time Level 1 Agent.</p>
