[bisq-contrib] December compensation requests and voting (was: Submitting compensation requests for bonded contributor roles)

With Christmas and the Chaos congress happening this week, I've just moved our next voting period from Jan 1–3 to Jan 4–6.

This should give everyone a little extra time to prepare their December compensation requests, and—per Christoph's instructions below—time to get a first draft of your role specification(s) together.
