[bisq-contrib] Maintaining Linux builds for low power cpu (Making bisq more usuable)

Hi,

currently, bitsquare is a low volume network, this means an altcoin sell
offer can take weeks in order to see a match (considering bisq is the
only place for trading for some of them like DynamicCoin) even with an
offer below market price.

Keeping à 400W computer powered on for a non cpu intensive program isn t
practical.

What about an arm/aarch64 build (seing mips build later)? Though, the
best would be a build for computers which all peoples have powred on
24/7 (phones).
While providing an Android or Ios build is out of question, a static
aarch64 build would run inside an android terminal emulator apk with an
Xorg client (I tested it)

All considering cross compiling bitsquare is not trvial and triggers
many compiler errors because of build scripts. Which means building for
a mips32r1 network router or for static arm is really a pain for users.
