[bisq-contrib] October voting is now complete (was: Please vote on October compensation requests)

This is just a quick note to say that the October voting period is now complete. Here are the results, per the spreadsheet at [1]:

 - 7 contributors issued compensation requests, all of which were approved
 - 7 stakeholders voted in total (2 of whom did not themselves submit compensation requests)
 - 48,500 BSQ were approved for creation

Please see [2] for more details on how the voting process was conducted, and note that we will rebase and re-distribute the new BSQ on testnet as soon as possible in [3].

P.S.: The next voting round will take place December 1st–3rd, so please have your compensation requests in no later than November 30th.
