[bisq-contrib] Bisq DAO coming soon. Can you help test?

The Bisq DAO launch is coming up quick—it's just a matter of days now.
Fingers crossed for a end of March/early April launch on mainnet.

It's crucial we get this right. Would you mind giving it a go and making a
proposal or two? It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
