[bisq-contrib] Bisq support team kickoff call

Following up on yesterday's Q1 Update call, one of the goals laid out for 2020 is to *create a kickass user support experience* for Bisq. To that end, we'll hold a support team kickoff call next Wednesday at 6:00p CET.

We'll cover new infrastructure and processes, including L1/L2 calendars, escalation, support issue GitHub board, and the new Bisq wiki / knowledge base, all of which will be ready for immediate use.

Anyone currently providing support should attend if possible. This includes but is not limited to those working in the #support channel or as a mediator or refund agent or monitoring outside channels like Twitter, Reddit or telegram.

I'd also like dev team members to attend in their new L2 support capacity and in order to be fully familiar with how L1 support will be operating now.

A number of people have reached out to me after yesterday's call asking how they might get involved with or "join" the support team. We'll cover that too, so please attend if you're thinking about this!
