[bisq-network/bisq-desktop] invalid utf-8 AccountAgeWitnessStore (#1616)

It has happens every time. That's times 4 now. Yes, the internet connection is stable.
Bisq is incredibly unstable at startup. If I'm slow, entering the password can take several minutes.
This time after startup, BTC clients 9, P2P clients 13.
Are there any practical things I can to to reduce the risk of this happening?
