[bisq-network/bisq-core] Update transifex translations (and remove unused ones) (#154)

@ripcurlx Regarding Vietnamese: The DAO part is not visible to the users, so no requirement to have that translated completely. So I don't understand why thats removed from the supported languages for that reason.
