[bisq-network/bisq-assets] Pascal Coina address issue (#109)

Hello,

Pascal Coin is not an ERC20 token. Pascal Coin is a POW coin with address format being simple numbers

1 to 199999 with a checksum following a dash. The checksum is not mandatory so any number is a valid pascal address.

When i enter Pascal address in the BISQ application, i get an error message. It is there impossible to trade Pascal Coins.
