[bisq-network/roles] Growth Maintainer (#42)

We had four growth calls this month where @flix1 run one of them. We saw big activity in the [XMR/BTC] market with a short dip from 16th until 22nd. Because of this, we had our best month in terms of BTC volume ever (350+ BTC).

F2F payment was added in the [0.8.0 release](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq-desktop/releases/tag/v0.8.0) and we saw already the first two trades with it. Let's see how this will look like after one month in the wild.
