[bisq-network/roles] Slack Admin (#23)

@m52go has agreed to take on the role of Slack Admin. I already gave him admin access to Slack (see https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/23#issuecomment-442086127), and I've now removed myself as an admin completely. Thanks Steve!
