[bisq-network/bisq] Offer Prices not updating in real time (#2100)

So if the window idles in the Sell BTC tab, prices of XMR (is the only one ive checked so far) does not update unless you switch tabs and go back then you see new price offers have changed.  Ive checked this many times.

So far i only see this happening on the Sell BTC tab. But please check the Buy BTC tab as well.
