[bisq-network/bisq] Improve user experience for users with no BTC - "must have BTC to buy BTC" is a vicious circle (#1140)

@stefek99 @alexej996 Thanks for the thoughts and input, but I'm closing this issue for now as a lending market within the client is out of scope for the foreseeable future. We do need to soften the no-BTC  hurdle as good as possible, but I think it might be just pointers to other options (e.g. BTC atms,..) how to acquire your first BTCs in a safe way.
