[bisq-network/roles] Growth Maintainer (#42)

## 2018.12 report
Because of the holiday season I was only able to do two growth calls this month. 

It sounds very repetitive, but December is a great month for the Bisq network again 🚀. We see our highest monthly BTC volume ever (**Currently 1,524 BTC**) and total number of trades (**Currently 2,401**).
Total USD volume (**Currently $5.6M**) is lower than last month, which is mainly again related to the low BTC price in USD.

This month we have besides the [BTC/XMR market](https://bisq.network/markets/?currency=xmr_btc) a new runner-up with the [BTC/XRC market](https://bisq.network/markets/?currency=xrc_btc). All other markets are showing good activity as well and I'm curious and excited which markets will explode on Bisq next year.
