### 2018.12 Report

There was activity on the support side at the beginning of the month (v0.9.0 was released on dec 3rd)
but it decreased significantly (and was quite calm) for the 2nd half of the month.
(At the same time, this december got ~2500 trades, which is a all time high)

One noticeable thing, immediately following v0.9.0, there is significant new trading with XRC (Bitcoin Rhodium). 280 trades for december as of today. However, this seems not to have a huge impact on the volume of asked questions.

This takes part of a tendency we observe since at least 2 or 3 months, ie the number of trades grows continuously, but hopefully the volume of asked questions doesn't grow as much.

Other points :
- it's quite common to have a very poor description of the problem at first. I'll try to provide some checklist to help with that.
- it's not rare to have askers giving no more news after being helped (so we don't know how the tips were useful)
- some questions are due to limit usecases of the application
- it seems me that we got quite a number of (interesting) newcomers on the Slack
