Sorry to hear that you ran into this problem. Could you please attach your log file here or send it via DM on Slack to me, so I can look into the problem in more detail? Are you running version 0.7.1?

Also please post an issue in the [support repository](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/129) to get your fee reimbursed.
