[bisq-network/compensation] For July 2018 (#96)

This is my first compensation request. I read other compensation requests as well as the documentation in order submit this properly. Apologies in advance if I've erred somewhere.
I applied the 1BSQ=1USD rule.

## Contributions delivered

**Transifex : (BSQ requested = 300)**
I translated 187 strings to Hebrew (up from 6% to 20%). I took the time diligently and spent several hours to find and determine the most correct and appropriate translations for crypto-related terms (e.g. "wallet seed") and trading terms (e.g. "taker fee"). 

## Contributions in progress

- I intend to complete the Hebrew translation over the next few weeks, and then review it if no other Hebrew translaters are available (language has been essentially idle for about year).

- Once the Thai translation is finished (two people are working on it now), I'm interested in reviewing it as well--at the advice of @ripcurlx
