@cadayton A reputation system in a decentralized way is very difficult and I have not seen yet a good solution to that problem so far. You have to deal with sybil attacks as well with long con which is basically unsolvable. A trader could set up a few Bisq apps and trade in circles with himself building up good reputation and then start to scam. 

" My bank accounts receipts do not contain the full account data": Do you mean that you don't see the full amount of the transaction in the history page of the online banking webpage? That would be weird but Banks are sometimes able to not even fulfill the absolute minimum....
The data which would be required to verify would be the amount and the reference text (e.g. ATM withdrawal) as well a page where the bank ID is visible (e.g. IBAN/BIC).
