[bisq-network/roles] Support Staff (#64)

Hello support staff !,
Just to let you know that, **if you agree**, since I have anyway the https://bisq.community/ and Slack tabs always open, I could try to help **with the few I'm able** (which is indeed few atm).
I'm in the GMT timezone, I'm usually on (or not far away) my computers in the 07:00-20:00 interval.
If you find it useful, we may advertise here when we are absent (or in a private agenda somewhere), in order to insure there is always somebody present ?
For my part, I'm afk always on monday 08:00-13:00 GMT.
