Sure, as I said, the certification is only useful for each seller. However,
the same withdraw can be used by the buyer for all certifications, since
what we want to certify is the bank account.
Yes it's a local system for me as a seller to certify buyers I want to
transact with.

I don't see much of a problem either, but if you can take out the arbitrer
from the certification, the better...

I was not thinking of doing screen sharing, I was thinking of the first
approach, providing a pageSigner approved page. If you can show the details
of the withdraw (bank account and name) to the seller, I don't see any
issue with it in this scenario. A buyer only has to certify his account
once, a seller has to certify all buyers he wishes to transact with. Seems
like a good tradeoff to me, since this is for the security of the seller.
