The Open Dispute button is displayed but cannot click on it to proceed.

Also there seems to be a recurring theme at play.  This is my third transaction where I need some form of help from arbitrator. Fist time, wallet was SP wallet had to be deleted and re synced and then remaining transaction was fine.

Second time similar, but transaction had to be canceled, and this third time I was not able to proceed with securing transaction.  2 out of 3 time with the same user.

I could assist you with more info if required.  Thanks
