[bisq-network/bisq-desktop] Add timestamp in Bisq screen (#1574)

For debugging, it's some time interesting to make a screen copy.
Since there is place in the top menu bar or in the bottom bar,
I suggest adding a timestamp in a convenient place.
If it is not too difficult of course.

Today there were issues with the USD/BTC price,
I took 2 screenshots before and after restarting.
Having a timestamp could be a plus.
