[bisq-network/bisq-monitor] Monitor price feeds of price nodes (#7)

I'm thinking on how this could be done.
(I'm however certainly not the faster dev here, so if anybody wants to code that. Please let's go)

btw, how do you request price from Kraken. There's a subscription ? an API ?

To get prices, I was also thinking on parsing properly some pertinent websites/pages ... but I don't know if such a solution may come in consideration ?
