[bisq-network/bisq-core] Misc fixes and cleanups (#130)

Besides the broken Preferences constructor in the test https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq-core/blob/3c34eb88b5ac42b8e8a6d3bf66d8ffe2fffcc4c0/src/test/java/bisq/core/user/PreferencesTest.java#L70 that needs to get fixed, utACK from my side.
