I performed arbitration for 52 disputes this month (second highest number since I started counting in December, and it was the big run-up in December that had 55 disputes). Many were failed trades due to timeouts / non-broadcast txns, some were due dropped trade protocol messages, many were due to run-of-the mill mistakes and protocol violations. I certainly ran into several dropped arbitration messages along the way; very much looking forward to the ACK messages in v0.7.1 helping us to track this stuff down.
