[bisq-network/mailchimp] Decommission Bisq MailChimp account (#9)

As documented in the comments starting at https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/27#issuecomment-386278906, MailChimp has shut down Bisq's account according to their new acceptable use policy which indiscriminately prohibits all cryptocurrency-related projects from using the MailChimp platform. On my request, they have re-enabled our account for a 48 hour period so that we can export our data.

We may reinstate this newsletter as a list under Bisq's own mailing list service at https://lists.bisq.network.

 - [ ] Archive previous newsletter sends
 - [ ] Archive this repository (in the GitHub sense of the word)
