[bisq-network/bisq-desktop] Incorporate http api (#1535)

This PR is to show how small changes need to be done to incorporate the API.
This is not compensation request so I don't see any point of not merging the code without documentation.
>From our conversation I understood that we should include the API in bisq ASAP so that core team can be aware what needs to be changed in core alone to make Bisq work in headless mode with new interfaces (http, rpc).
Manfred has already mentioned that he's not reviewing the code outside of the bisq-network.
