Thanks for all that feedback, @cbeams. Last 2 commits integrate all of your suggestions.

As mentioned in the last commit, all screenshots are placeholders (I need to do another transaction to get some screens). But the body text should be done for the most part.

Some questions:

- When discussing the fund-the-trade-wallet step, should we specify a minimum miner fee? I thought I remember seeing 20 sat/b recommended somewhere in Bisq, but I can't find it anymore.

- I added a warning about centralized exchanges in a warning admonition. Ragged pretty hard on Coinbase. Many people seem to assume there's some inextricable link between Coinbase and bitcoin, so I figured it would help to call them out here. But maybe mentioning others would help? Or maybe it's throwing too much at the user and we should just remove the whole warning block.

- Is there a preference/guideline on linking to outside companies/organizations? I think it would be nice to link to some places to help people find ATMs, provide more details on vouchers, find meetups, etc. If you have go-to sources you trust for any of those, let me know.

I'm going to test this with my mom this weekend. Getting her some bitcoin for Mother's Day...only catch is she has to use these instructions to actually carry out the transaction :)

Will get updated screenshots in the process, so this thing should be pretty close to complete by the end of the weekend.
