[bisq-network/bisq-desktop] Stuck at "Waiting funds" after 6 confirmations (#1551)

You don't need to wait for a confirmation as it is a transaction to yourself but the Bisq app need to recognize the transaction in the Bitcoin network. When sending from Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Core is not synced the tx sometimes does not get propagated directly and will only show up once it is included in a block. Do you have a local Bitcoin Core running? If not, check on a blockexplorer if the sending tx is visible, if not the problem is on the external wallet. Can be that it shows up once confirmed but should usually show up immediately.

So expected behaviour is that after very short time (1-5 sec) Bisq sees the tx in the network and the buttons get activated so you can place the offer.
