[bisq-network/btcd-cli4j] Validate if all tx data in our RPC library are up to date (#2)

We should cross check if all data fields in our RPC library are up to date with latest changes in Bitcoin Core. The library is not maintained since quite a while. Some missing data fields which have caused errors when scanning the testnet or mainnet blocks have been added already (segwit).
