A possible solution would be that you rent a domain name **specifically** for this service only, eg bisq-chat.org, plus the associated hosting, and then give the keys to the person in charge and let him do the job ?
So you won't have to care about the installation etc, but being the domain + hosting owner, you'll still get hands on it.

Possibly you could even create a redirection like chat.bisq.network -> bisq-chat.org , to make things more transparent.
