@ManfredKarrer The assumption of rare reimbursements might not hold in an adversarial situation. That could be used as a kind of DOS; an attacker could repeatedly open trades with himself that then fail and then ask for reimbursement, which could drain the DAO of money. Another way to do it is if a DOS vulnerability is discovered then an attack opens trades with many other traders and uses the DOS to make the trade fail, also requiring reimbursement and draining the DAO of money.
