[bisq-network/bisq] Uncaught Exception ... For input string: "−0.54" (#1925)

Tried to sell using fixed price, got this exception whenever price was negative relative to latest and I tried to advance to next screen/form (tried different values between about -0.5 to -1.2):

My guess would be that  printed value is localized (long dash instead of short) but conversion back isn't so bisq freaks out, LANG is fi_FI.UTF-8.
