### 2018.11 12-18 report (week 46)

- gaps between fees onion pages : ~non-existent
- gaps between prices onion pages : ~non-existent
- fees values : min = 10 (51.5% of the time), mean = 16.25, max = 50 (21 occurences).
Fees were higher this week (probably an indirect consequence of BCH's fork)

- total pings par week = 288 pings per day x 7 days x 5 onions = 10080 pings
- 142 exceptions / 10080 pings = 1.4%
- 108 cto / 142 exceptions = 76.1%  (cto = connection timeouts)

All timeouts this week were from network issues.
The number of timeouts was quite low this week.
